Selamat Balik! We return in the midst of great negotiations that are preparing to bring your world to the point of transformation. The dark cabal has forged its own demise with its relentless greed and hubris. The next financial collapse is approaching unabated, and shows up clearly on the dark's radar screens. All those in the know financially are deeply concerned about the global economy, but their expressions of misgiving merely touch the surface of what lies ahead. The dark cabalists' desire to save their own skins from their fiscal irresponsibility has been dashed by the inescapable fact of their deeply flawed financial constructs. The present monetary and economic system is riddled with fault lines that are now coming apart and a radical fix is the only way forward. Our Earth allies have positioned themselves in such a way that the only way for this fix to manifest is by means of the proposals they first introduced nearly a decade ago. A majority of those in the financial world understand this clearly and very much want to get on with it. An immense force for change is building around the dark's minions.

The switch to a new system of finance necessitates a commensurate change in who controls government. Over the millennia, the dark cabal's rule has been unchallenged; the obstacles now springing up around them are unprecedented. That their desires are being set aside by various influential players in the global economy is deeply shocking to them, and they are amazed that their tried-and-true tactics for squashing such insolence are unable to prevent a growing rebellion. This inability to maintain a hitherto undisputed preeminence is spreading panic in the ranks of the cabal, as they watch many nations secretly plotting to dethrone the dark's chief instrument, the UN corporatocracy, and they are becoming truly desperate. In the 1940s, this dark ruling cadre set up a world system that is now on the point of collapse, yet it doggedly refuses to yield to new ways or new circumstances. It is this intransigence that has spurred the present series of secret meetings by others in the power elites, and these are producing a cogent strategy for drastically loosening the grip of this still-powerful corporatocracy.

The monetary troubles of the US corporate government are a major key to this strategy: over the past few years, the implausible fiscal policies of this government and its associates have brought them to this impasse as a debt of unfathomable proportions becomes due. This debt lacks any legitimate instruments to stay the inevitable, which is why recent machinations on the part of the Federal Reserve Bank have failed to produce any efficacious result. A series of astute legal maneuvers by our Earth allies have led several small nations to seek redress of fiscal grievance for debts accrued at the hands of this invasive corporatocracy, and this adds to the legal prosecutorial portfolio being prepared by our Earth allies. A major bankruptcy and its consequences are anticipated. This lineup of sundry legal actions is to force the illegal US government from power; the world community can no longer afford to tolerate the injurious policies of this rogue regime. An about-face in global fiscal policy is now at the eleventh hour!

The pivot of this about-face is to have in place the structures to replace the numerous corporatocracies allied to the US regime. The dark and its minions have woven a complex web comprising nations in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and South America. In anticipation of this moment of regime change, the Earth allies have spent years putting together a series of temporary governments which are ready to come on line when the definitive financial showdown kicks in. This moment is close at hand. Once the new global financial system unfolds, an equally new political system will simultaneously come into being. Decades of truly diabolical intentions have been leading up to this moment: in the beginning, the dark possessed the technology to entice the naïve to join its ranks, and by the end of World War II, a dark master plan started to manifest. By the early 1960s, a devious plot for global enslavement and depopulation was well underway and set to reach maturity by the mid-1990s.

This met a speed bump in the person of the late president, John F. Kennedy. He defied the recommendations of the advisors and family surrounding him by instituting a plan for world peace and prosperity, the first step of which was a nuclear test ban treaty. Implementing the rest of his vision revolved around his 1964 reelection. He informed us of his intention to give a speech that would include disclosure of not only the benevolent ET presence but also the many off-world technologies acquired by the US secret government. By the early fall of 1963, Kennedy and Khrushchev were in secret discussions to create a US-Soviet non-aggression pact which was to lead to massive demilitarization on both sides and an announcement of the secret technologies held by both sides. We were ready to step in as needed to encourage peace and a non-nuclear future for your world. Kennedy's assassination by the US secret government brought this to an abrupt halt.

At the time of the American President's death, we did not yet possess a first contact edict for your world, nor were we involved in discussions with the Galactic Federation's Main Council concerning this topic. Earth's society was considered immature and lacking the elements for survival, and it was not until the early 1990s that Heaven's mandates sent us to your shores. Prior to that, a series of personal missions by various star-nations, such as the Pleiades and Sirius, were underway, all of which were unable to formally recommend Earth as being ready for a first contact. Instead, they were inclined toward a continuation of limited intervention. It must be borne in mind that you are the remnants of a former Galactic Federation colony, which means that watching over you and intervening when necessary is a right bestowed on us by Heaven.

The present circumstances are greatly tempered by what President Kennedy tried to instigate. He deeply wished to bring peace to your world and to transform the ubiquitous hate and schisms into Love and global cooperation. To this end, he drew up plans to bring in a new monetary system and to create an atmosphere conducive to peace and prosperity. As you can see, these goals were in consonance with those of our Earth allies. The Earth allies arise out of ancient secret societies dedicated to the Light and gain coherence from the deep yearning of many influential individuals who are children of the major dark-minion families. All these ones are committed to bringing you a new reality. They have linked with us to further these goals, which now include the return to full consciousness.

This diverse group is close to victory. Furthermore, we have apprised them of the prevailing heavenly timetable, under the exigencies of which the Galactic Federation is bound to institute a full first contact by a certain date. Thus we are honor-bound to monitor the actions of our Earth allies and to intervene if necessary. The time comes to move your reality into full consciousness. All has been carefully prepared: crystal cities in Agartha (Inner Earth) are ready to receive you; mentors have been trained and a vast dossier kept on each of you; the mechanism for full consciousness is in place. Only the dark now stands in your way, and they are ready to fall! The moment for showing what you are capable of has arrived. Come together! Your victory awaits!

Dear Governor Pawlenty,

It is with a heavy heart and a sincere love for humankind that I am contacting you. As a minister of The Gospel, I feel compelled to reach out to you and ask that you please sign the medical marijuana bill, which will protect seriously ill patients who use marijuana. Currently, patients for whom the standard, legal drugs are not effective are left with two terrible choices: (1) continue to suffer, or (2) obtain marijuana illegally and risk suffering the consequences.

This is a situation that I know our creator never wanted us to be in. Not only do patients risk being arrested and going to jail (not exactly the best environment for someone who's seriously ill), but they also risk buying impure or contaminated marijuana from the criminal market. S.F. 345/H.F. 655 would eliminate both of these risks. Patients would no longer worry about getting arrested for trying to ease their pain and suffering.

Please make the sensible decision and put treatment decisions where they belong: with the doctor and the patient. Please sign S.F. 345/H.F. 655 into law, or at least allow it to go into law without your signature. It's the right and compassionate thing to do. I have also placed an important message from other clergy members of the Protestant, Jewish, and Catholic faiths that also expresses their opinions on the ineffectiveness of this nations prohibitions on drugs. No longer can responsible leaders of this great nation continue to ignore the blatant disregard for human life by supporting legislation that continues to imprison and or penalize well-meaning non-violent use of naturally occurring medicinal remedies, in light of the compelling scientific evidence that dispels the years of mis-information on the subject of cannabis/hemp (marijuana).

There is no good compelling reason to allow human suffering to continue when there is such a good natural alternative to expensive pharmaceutical drugs that often results in many harmful side effects. "In my case the judge ruled that I was not allowed to mention the federal law or the Constitution to the jury because it might confuse them. I was not allowed to give the jury a copy of the Bible. They might actually think we had rights in this country. The prosecutor, Bob Chen, even objected when I told the jury that inalienable rights were not given to us by the government, but they came from God. I am a Jew who came to know that Jesus was the Messiah, but I am still a Jew. I can no longer make Aliyah, the Jewish right of return, to Israel a land I have prayed for my whole life. It was my prayer and still is that one day I'll live there near Jerusalem and I will be able to visit the Holy City often. Currently, the country of Israel won't accept me anymore because I am a Jew who puts faith in the fact that Jesus was the Messiah. The funny thing is I feel more Jewish than ever now that I believe in Jesus and I know the Law and the prophets more intimately.

"My only request of my fellow followers of Christ is that you pray for my children during this hour of struggle for my family. This is the letter that Nurse Brenda and I are sending to our congressmen regarding the FDA's sneaky, underhanded plot to destroy natural medicine in this country....

Docket No. 2006D-0480. Draft Guidance for Industry on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Products and Their Regulation by the Food and Drug Administration.

Please do not support this action! Please put a stop to this outrageous effort to destroy natural medicine!

Under the proposed guidelines, FDA "experts" (the same corrupt officials who re-approved Vioxx after it killed over 50,000 Americans) will decide whether herbs, supplements, vitamins or simple devices like massage stones are to be regulated as drugs and medical devices. If the FDA experts, in their infinite wisdom, decide that these things are to be reclassified, they will essentially be outlawed, stripped from the shelves, and regulated out of existence. Anyone who dares to manufacture, promote or sell such products may be branded a criminal and rounded up by armed FDA agents who have a well established history of suppressing natural medicine...

It is very clear that the FDA is intending to regulate and ultimately destroy the entire CAM industry (Complementary and Alternative Medicine).

Based on the explanations in the FDA's own document, the following things are likely to occur:

All vitamins, nutritional supplements and functional foods will be stripped of their structure & function claims, reducing them to empty labels where virtually nothing at all is allowed to be stated.

• Vegetable juice will be regulated as a drug. Raw juice retreats will be raided or shut down.
  Growing and selling common garden herbs will get you arrested as a drug dealer.
• Massage oils and handheld massagers will be regulated as "medical devices."
• Yoga props, pilates machines and weight machines will be regulated as "medical devices" and require FDA approval before being sold or used.
• Raw sprouts and other anti-cancer foods will be regulated as drugs.
• Bottled water that "treats" dehydration will be regulated as a drug.
• Massage therapists who use hot rocks as part of their therapy will have the ROCKS regulated as medical devices! (It's true. The FDA will actually look at a pile of rocks and declare, "Those are medical devices!")
• Functional foods, supplements, vitamins and homeopathic remedies will disappear from store shelves, pending FDA "review." (The only things remaining will be processed junk foods and pharmaceuticals, which is exactly what Big Business wants.)
• Therapeutic tea products, such as green tea, will be outlawed and confiscated.
• Vitamin store owners will be arrested and prosecuted for "practicing medicine without a license."
• Citizens owning personal inventories of "unapproved drugs" (vitamins and herbs) may have their homes raided at gunpoint and their inventories confiscated by armed law enforcement agents.
• The importation of herbs and functional foods from all countries may be banned.

Imagine a nation where Whole Foods stores are stripped of all herbs and supplements, where vitamin shops are emptied and abandoned, where books that promote herbs are bulldozed into large piles and burned, where natural healers are rounded up and "disappear" into incarceration centers.

This is the future that will become reality if the FDA has its way. The plan has been explained to us in plain language. Any agency that openly states "vegetable juice will be regulated as a drug" has quite simply lost its marbles. We are now clearly being regulated by clinically insane bureaucrats.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA: GOVERNOR CALLS BILL 'RIGHT THING TO DO'

Democratic Gov. Bill Richardson, poised to sign a bill making New Mexico the 12th state to legalize medical marijuana, said Thursday that he realizes his action could become an issue in the presidential race.

"So what if it's risky? It's the right thing to do," said Richardson, one of the candidates in the crowded 2008 field. "What we're talking about is 160 people in deep pain. It only affects them."

The legislation would create a program under which some patients -- with a doctor's recommendation -- could use marijuana provided by the state Health Department. Lawmakers approved the bill Wednesday. The governor is expected to sign it in the next few weeks.

Richardson has supported the proposal since he first ran in 2002. But he pushed especially hard for it this year, leaning on some Democrats to change their votes after the bill initially failed.

"Give him credit. It's not something you do because you're going to garner great political support for it. It is a bit controversial," said Thomas Mann, a political analyst at the Brookings Institution in Washington. By the same token, Mann says, it is not likely to hurt him in the Democratic contests.

"If he were to surprise us all and actually win the Democratic nomination, he's got an interesting mix of positions" that would not be undercut by his support of medical marijuana, Mann said.

"It's an interesting risk," added Lonna Atkeson, professor of political science at The University of New Mexico. "I'm somewhat surprised because I think he's sort of cautious, usually."

A majority of the states that have legalized medical marijuana are in the West, and Atkeson suggested his position could play well in the region. But it could also give Richardson's rivals a potential issue to focus on.

Drug Policy Alliance New Mexico said Richardson will be the first presidential candidate ever to advocate medical marijuana "by vocally supporting and signing legislation."

In signing the measure, Richardson "will be sending a strong message that states can and should exercise their right to do what is in the best interest of their citizens free from intrusion from the Federal government," said Reena Szczepanski of the advocacy group.

Richardson said he has been asked about the issue by only a few voters while campaigning in Iowa. He said the White House had urged him not to sign the bill.

"I don't see it as being a big issue," he said. "This is for medicinal purpose, for ... people that are suffering. My God, let's be reasonable."

The federal government declares marijuana an illegal controlled substance with no medical value.

A federal appeals court in San Francisco ruled Wednesday that a woman whose doctor says marijuana is the only medicine keeping her alive can face federal prosecution on drug charges.

The Supreme Court ruled against the woman two years ago, saying medical marijuana users and their suppliers could be prosecuted for breaching federal drug laws even if they lived in a state such as California where medical pot is legal.

Students are rallying outside the U.S. Supreme Court today as the court hears oral arguments in a case where DPA has been working to protect the freedom of speech in public high schools--including speech critical of current government policies.

DPA is supporting Students for Sensible Drug Policy to organize the pro-free speech rally. The rally will feature two students who had political campaign t-shirts advocating medical marijuana confiscated by school officials, as well as students prevented from starting an SSDP chapter at their public high school because their principal didn’t agree with the group’s anti-drug war message. The students will display a large “Free Speech 4 Students” banner on the steps of the Court.

The banner reflects the details of the case, Morse v. Frederick. A Juneau, Alaska, high school student, Joseph Frederick, was disciplined by his school principal in 2002 for publicly displaying a banner that the school claimed expressed pro-drug sentiments. While off school property at the public Olympic Torch Relay in Juneau, Frederick unfurled a banner in an attempt to get media attention. The banner bore words whose precise meaning remains elusive: "Bong Hits 4 Jesus." Although the banner caused no disruption, the school suspended Frederick from classes for five days for allegedly violating the school's anti-drug / zero-tolerance policy. When the principal informed Frederick of his suspension, Frederick responded by quoting Thomas Jefferson and stating that he was simply exercising his constitutional right to free speech. The principal, in turn, doubled Frederick’s suspension to 10 days. Frederick sued the school for unlawful censorship, and was represented by ACLU of Alaska.

The implications of the case are serious, as a negative decision could threaten to silence a broad body of student speech.

Four years ago DPA filed an amicus (friend-of-the-court) brief in support of free speech when the case was heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The Ninth Circuit sided with DPA’s position in support of the student’s right to engage in drug-related speech free from school punishment. When the Supreme Court decided to review the decision of the Ninth Circuit, DPA filed a second amicus brief with the Supreme Court.

DPA's brief observes that history and First Amendment precedent rebel against the assertion that school authorities may stop public high school students from speaking on the government-disfavored side of debate. The brief argues, "Students have been active participants in urgent national debates over war and civil rights, as they are in the discussion of drug policy reform, and, given their distinct perspective on many of the most important issues, society has a strong interest in hearing from them."
